Vakantiewoningen met vuurplaats in Carlow

An idyllic setting and a charming cottage. I arrived to a cozy living room featuring a lovely stove, ready to be lit. The kitchen was fully equipped, and Carole had thoughtfully provided freshly laid eggs from their hens, along with freshly ground coffee, bread, milk, and apples from their beautiful orchard. The location is incredibly peaceful, with mountain views and lovely gardens all around. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Penny's place was so welcoming and relaxing. Nice studio style with shabby chic decor. The surroundings outside are so peaceful and we were able to walk to the local pub and have a pint and some whiskey. Also, walked down to the church ruins (which you can see from the property) ABSOLUTELY beautiful! We loved that it is next to a small pasture with sheep and lambs! If you're looking for something off the beaten path then this is the place :)

We stayed at Moneynamough Campsite for 2 nights in the Caravan for two and it was terrific. It was a lovely relaxing getaway in the woods. The bed in the Caravan was so comfortable and surprisingly quite large. When we arrived there was a breakfast hamper waiting for us which was a nice surprise. We booked the hot tub for both nights and it was a lovely way to finish off each day after a day of sight seeing. The site is located right in the forest and was so relaxing, we were awoke to the sound of birdsong each morning. New Ross is the nearest town (20 min Drive)which we visited the second day and went on the famine ship experience which was brilliant and then we pottered around the town. The weather was not great during our stay but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. Finally our hosts Aga and Marcin could not have been mere helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and hopefully the weather will be a little better.

The loft was a great place to stay for a few day, spacious and peaceful. the views from the loft were amazing especially through the circular window looking through the vast fields and mountains. the place was spotless and easy to get into. Trish was a great host and would definitely stay again whenever I'm back here again.

We've stayed in loads of airb&bs and glamping and this one was hands down our favourite. The yurt was super cozy, clean and comfy. Host provided hot water bottles which we decided to use and they just added to the comfort. There was a heater in the yurt but we didn't use it. Walked, Lit a fire, made smores, kicked a ball, watched the sheep, played with the resident dog, simple things that added to the experience. Loved the bathrooms, kitchen facilities. Fabulous little touches around the place. It felt very "free" loved that we weren't restricted in the areas we could explore, we weren't met with a list of dos and donts like lots of places. Lorcan was so nice and friendly and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the place. I can't wait to return, perhaps with some friends to enjoy the large communal outdoor seating /bbq area. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Fabulous place we absolutely loved it so beautiful highly recommend would love to return

Ho trascorso una notte, insieme a 3 amici nella casa di Rose e Jim che ci hanno accolti calorosamente mostrandoci la casa e tutti i comfort che avevano predisposto per noi. Si trova praticamente nella natura, circondata da colline verdi. Bellissimo il tavolino esterno per ammirare il tramonto. Rose è un’host straordinaria, ci ha accolto come figli mettendosi a disposizione per ogni cosa, dubbio o problema. Consiglio assolutamente!! Non ve ne pentirete!
