150m2 house for rent, situated 20km from the city center (25minutes by car or train) in a beautiful neighbourhood - between the railway station Vecāķi and the beach (approx.500m to both). 1km to the nearest shop. 2 storey house has a living room with a kitchen area and a WC on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms (WC and shower) and 1 WC on the 1st floor. There is a grill place on a paved terrace outside the living room, and a closed parking space for 3 cars in front of the house.

FREE! One time visit for 2 people to Jūrmala SPA, 50m from the house! Family get away or a place just for You. With the conveniant location You will be able to reach Jomas iela in 1 minute or refresh Your self at the beach which is 3 minutes away. However the beautiful location doesn’t mean You have to go somewhere as the house has a barbecue zone and everything to have a great time! The house is fully equiped with all the items to move in and start living immediately.

Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.

Entire (2nd) floor of the house with a backyard and terrace, renovated in April, 2022. Located in the heart of the former centre of Riga, 10 min away from the old town. 3 min walking from the public transportations, local market, grocery store, parks. Exclusive neighborhood. Total living space - 110 m2 + balcony of 20 m2. Can host up to 12 guests in 2nd floor and 27 guests if booking all the house. Hot tub use 65-100EUR per day depending on the size of the group.
