The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This Caboose Cabin is set up on the rails, just as it was when it was rolling across the American countryside. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Queen Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Hot Tub is an incredible place to enjoy an evening under the stars. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting a place that you will never forget.

Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

The Station House~Family Friendly

The Station House is across from the ESNA train station and snuggled up under the wings of the iconistic Roundhouse. The rental is the bottom apartment in a duplex. The living room has a great view of the train station. We are next to a trolley stop and a short distance from downtown shops, entertainment, hiking paths and restaurants. For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.

Property: 1 acre of property with no one nearby. Relaxing. Some guests have called it, "the best mountain porch ever." THE SECOND BEDROOM IS AN OPEN LOFT with 2 beds. There is NO door between bedrooms. THE BEST amount of space for a couple, 3-4 friends or a couple with 2 small kids. 12 minute walk to downtown bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. 5 minute drive to grocery. 30 minutes to Beaver Lake, museums, caves, mountain biking, hiking, rafting.

(New as of 5/1/2021) 3 miles to the Heart of Downtown Eureka Trolley stops on property year round with more frequent stops during peak season. Pool is open Mid May - October. (Shared by campground guests).
