Charming Hyco Lake Home

Relax in a comfortable two-story home with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Bedrooms on are on the upper level and the kitchen and family room are on the lower level. Downstairs has multiple large windows and two sliding glass doors that open to huge patio with dinner seating, propane grill, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. Gently sloping backyard (with NO STAIRS) leads to a dock with afternoon shade and a perfect view of stunning sunrises. Super relaxing and great for making memories.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You get 2 homes for the price of 1. A Cozy cabin built from century old dove tail logs and a Ranch style custom built home. I’m challenging kids and adults to put down electronic devices. Come run free and enjoy basketball court, volleyball, badminton, corn hole, soccer, kickball, real horse shoes, frisbee golf, pool table, toss football and playground . Come visit the local Tiger King and animal reserve just 5 minutes away.

Hyco Hideaway

A lakeside retreat to call your own (at least for a little while). This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.
