The place was beautiful and the hosts were very responsive. The cinema room was a hit with us all - watching Lord of the Rings from a hot tub was amazing! The rooms were all comfortable, the animals were all gorgeous and the fairy garden was adorable. It felt like a real hideaway, and we'd be delighted to visit again. Thank you ever so much!!

Michael was an incredible host—super responsive, friendly, and always ready with great local recommendations. His home is a brilliant location to get into the city, with roath park lake a short walk away. The house was absolutely beautiful, with amazing styling and all the comforts of home. This place is wonderful. We were four families with young children (8 adults and 7 kids aged between 0 and 4) and this place was just perfect for us. So much space - 4 bathrooms, and enough sections of the house for each family to be able to eg put kids to bed without being disturbed . The photos don't do the living space justice. There are two living rooms - one upstairs with incredible views and a pool table. The dining table that is photographed is not the only table for group dining. The kitchen also had a table of a size that can fit 8 around it easily. It had a long bench and there were 6 foldy chairs in the kitchen cupboard. The beach is literally 100m away from the garden down a little path. The garden is large and beyond it is an area with a slide. The beach is so huge and we saw hardly anyone else near us. Felt like having a private beach. We just spent the whole time in the garden / beach so can't comment on the wider area. There's a small Morrisons a few mins away

Cosy, characterful house in a great location close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and communication from Anna was really helpful and welcoming. It was a 25 minute flat walk into the city centre and 5 minutes to Roath park. Thank you for a lovely stay Anna.

We had a fab stay at the Lodge, it was a great base for a few days riding BPW and Dirt Farm. The house was really clean and well appointed with a large secure garage for bikes & van. Jamuna was very responsive in comms. We hope to stay again when next back biking @ BPW. Thanks!

We had a fabulous stay here with family ahead of a wedding at Gileston Manor. It was a perfect location, and we had the most enjoyable and relaxing stay. The accommodation gave us all space and time to get ready for a wedding, including a lovely large living area. Ginetta was extremely helpful and responded so quickly to any questions we had. A lovely stop over for two nights with my four legged friends ... what a lovely place. The balcony was a sun trap and I loved spending the evening watching the sun go down. The house was really comfy and homely with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Great stay, probably the best find I've had on Airbnb. basically a whole hotel to your group in a great area with secure parking. highly recommended. even better than the photos which is a unusual!

Very pleasant place fitted out sensitively to an old style. Bedrooms and shower were excellent. Close to pubs and shops but far enough away they are not a bother. Parking is on the road where you can find it but we didn't have any problems.

Beautiful house very easy walk through the park to the nearby shops. Everything you could need for a weekend away handy and even a shop across the road for groceries! Good communication about the trip and real pleasure to stay here

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Wales! The house was spotless — genuinely one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together, with all the comforts of home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and kindly offered us a later checkout at the last minute, which made our departure day so much more relaxed. It’s clear they really care about their guests’ experience. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again!

We had such a lovely family stay at Pearls place for a wedding at clevedon hall (a 10 min walk away). I’ll start by saying the house is BEAUTIFUL! The photos really don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed and more and felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. All the bedrooms were so comfy and being on a quiet street, slept incredibly well. The house is in the perfect location, within walking distance of a great selection of pubs, restaurants and with an incredible coffee shop just round the corner (Fawn, 100% recommend). There were some great recommendations of things to do in the welcome pack. Pearl was really helpful with any questions we had and responded very quickly. Thank you Pearl! We all left very relaxed and will definitely be back!

This Airbnb was a great find for myself & some friends. The house had plenty of useful parking which is rare for such a good location within the city at this price!
