Newly renovated single story house close to Franklin Street and Sunrise Biscuit Kitchen! An easy walk to University Place, the Chapel Hill Community Playground, restaurants, coffee houses, walking/biking trails and more! 3 bedrooms plus a full-sized sofa bed in the living room give plenty of room for guests to sleep and enjoy their privacy.
