Just 7 miles from Raleigh Executive Jetport, it is located in Moncure, which is the center of NC, this house is 30 minutes from Raleigh, Chapel Hill or Sanford. Just 3 miles from Jordan Dam, there are multiple boats ramps just a short drive away. Whole house has been recently remodeled and everything is new.

This is a shabby-chic art-studio cabin. It has a stunning walk-in shower w/ an under-water mural mosaic. There are mosaic doors & windows throughout the space. This space shares a common wall with my mosaic art studio. There are 2- sweet Aussie shepherds and 2- domestic cats on the property. Guests are welcome to eat meals on the back deck or beautiful gardens. There is a private shower, sink & composting toilet in cabin. New kitchenette recently added. Would like a long-term day-shift renter.

The farm is convenient to Pittsboro, Siler City, Apex, Saxapahaw and Chapel Hill. But, you'll love the beautiful, peaceful setting right here too! We can accommodate horses for overnight lodging, ask for details!

The Peacock Guest House is on 30 acres with woods, horses, peacocks, goats, chickens, and ducks, the dedicated wifi and TV on the generous screened in porch (it's as big as the house!) is a fabulous getaway while still being super accessible. Perfect for getaways or even family reunions and outdoor parties! Please enquire about events - we arrange those separately!) We can accommodate camping on the property as well. Cattail Pond Campsite #1

Come experience nature in rural Chatham County from a peaceful campsite. The campsite is located in a field near a small pond on the same property as our home. Perfect for a RV, camper, or tent. There is no power on the site, but generators are allowed. This area has what you need to relax and slow down - 10 acres of farm land with areas to walk or sit back and enjoy nature, views of fields, woods, and our lovely cows, picnic table, chairs, and fire pit.

Full use of a private 2 bdr guesthouse with a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom. Downstairs, soaring 20 foot ceilings and huge windows look out on our horse pastures. Ideal for fishing stays - less than 10 minutes from Jordan Lake, and plenty of parking. Level 2 EV charging available.
