The apartment was well-kept and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, its location on Marine Drive meant that shops were just a short distance away. Overall, my experience during the two nights I stayed was fantastic

The place was really great. It was perfectly placed in a peaceful neighbourhood in Pizhala. A 5mins walk will take you to the serene backwaters of Cochin. The hosts were very helpful and responded really quick. There was a road closure on the way to the place and they communicated way ahead and made necessary arrangements for us. Overall peaceful stay. Worth the price!

One of the best stays in our 5 days of trip to Kerala. Located in a calm neighbourhood. Inside property is well designed. Every window had mosquito nets installed. It was just like a home in a different place. Vivek is so friendly and available all the time just a phone call away. The hospitality was so good that without the presence of the host itself we felt it good. As suggested by the host in the description use dim lights for the best experience of the property in the evening. Will definitely visit if we plan Kochi again.

It is a very spacious and clean space with plenty of lighting. It has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, along with a wonderful kitchen for large cooking. Highly recommended for a staycation.

We stayed for 8 nights here. Every day, we found something new to keep us involved. Kayaking, badminton, cycling, driving the scooty to ride the ferry, sitting on the beach for hours and watching the sunset. There are limited options for vegetarian food around but we found some good places. The host also suggested local places to visit, loaned us his personal scooty to ride around the town, and visited us to show us where everything is kept. It was hot, very hot, there but the place just calmed us down. You can walk on the grass barefoot or enjoy the swings or just watch the birds flying over the lake. The host is very helpful and makes you feel right at home.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

It was a great experience staying in Jo &Sams villa it was very silent place and it is very ecofriendly place by nature it is great place to have a small family gathering and. Reunion we loved it and the rooms were very neat and clean. Thanks for the stay Danny John

It was a great place to stay especially getting a place within the city. It’s like 2 min or less to get only the main road. The path leading Upto the property is a bit tight for 2 vehicles, so if you have a vehicle, you may find it challenging squeezing your way through. Once you cross his property gates, it’s all good then. The house is very cozy, calm and full of plants.. a BIG 👍🏽👍🏽. The host Mr Paulson is amiable and helpful. He kept the place ready before we arrived and greeted us as we reached there. The stay for uneventful. We were just there for the night. The house is big, clean and well kept. This includes the bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. Overall satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Cheers!

Neil's place Palm Grove is a great cozy accommodation. The front lawn and the trees beyond welcome you to the smaller private house next to their family home. Beautiful surroundings and the river in 5 mins walk for a quick dip are perfect. Neil's parents are great very helpful and friendly you will feel like you are staying at your close friends house. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet comfy place near the Cochin airport to explore Kerala.

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of three adults, one child, and two infants, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
