The Garden House is a brand new private one-bedroom property located in a charming Oxfordshire village 15 mins drive from the centre of Oxford and 20 mins from Bicester Village and Blenheim Palace. The space is set up for a fantastic night's sleep with a comfortable king-size bed and a quiet location. The only sound you will hear is wildlife. The property has a bright and breezy feel created by large glazed doors and high vaulted ceilings. Ultra-fast broadband makes it perfect for working.

Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, within walking distance of Blenheim Palace and an easy train, bus or car ride into Oxford.

Wisteria Lodge

Self contained, detached annex in the lovely, peaceful village of Croughton. Separate bathroom with power shower and kitchen facilities such as fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The village has a pub (The Blackbird), Co-op shop and tea room. We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden with own outside dining area.

The Barn is a pretty Cotswold-stone building in a quiet village. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

New high spec bathrooms and bespoke kitchen with brand new appliances and underfloor heating on the whole of the ground floor. Two lovely bedrooms in the eaves, one with ensuite shower room, king size beds, ELLE Decoration pillow top mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy towels and black out blinds.

You will also find yourself within easy reach of plenty of renowned towns, such as Burford, Woodstock, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, all of which will enable you to enjoy a fantastic Cotswold holiday.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house is tucked away on a quiet private road in the heart of the picturesque market town of Charlbury. Just a few minutes’ walk from charming local pubs serving delicious food and drinks. Only a 8-minute walk to the train station, with direct mainline services to London Paddington.
