Facilities include TV, minibar plus coffee and tea-making. - Bedroom 2 has its own entrance directly onto covered decking area, and features one double-bed plus a loft platform that fits a single mattress. Similar sleeping permutations and facilities to Bedroom 1. Both bedrooms have bathrooms lined with hand made local tiles, while furnishings include new beds/mattresses, solid wooden furniture and decorations including owner’s antique and contemporary art. The pavilion is a high-ceilinged reception room-cum-kitchen, with a generous and well - appointed seating area and double-width sliding doors giving straight onto a substantial covered hardwood deck ( 20sq m) that features a solid wood outdoor dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and has a built-in breakfast counter. The pool is connected by a short raised walkway to the deck and has its own surround with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool and faced It uses the latest salt filtration technology. Swimming pool, partly covered and outdoor decking area plus landscaped garden. The house is in the same compound as the owner’s family home but set apart and entirely private. Guests can walk over if they should need anything (or simply contact us via the usual social media apps). The property is secluded but secure. The property sits down a quiet tree-lined lane that ends at the Ping river, on the edge of a village surrounded by rice fields. Life here still revolves around the agricultural seasons, and it was this accessible ‘slow life’ that attracted the owner. We recommend guests consider car hire if they intend to do a lot of sightseeing (as places of interest can be quite spread out). Equally there are plentiful options if you prefer to hire a car plus driver (on a daily rate), or for single trips local taxis (GRAB) are easy to get. We provide bicycles free of charge for those who want to explore the back lanes; motorcycles are also available by arrangement. Breakfast is optional Home cooked dinner is available Please note! The property is about 20-30 minutes from the city (depending on time of day and exact destination), but its rural situation makes it most suitable for those looking to enjoy the unhurried pace of local life, whether as a base for sightseeing or taking it easy by the pool. IWhile there are good local dining options within a short drive - and there is a very good ‘GRAB’ (Uber equivalent ride-hailing app service) - there are no real amenities within walking distance, and zero nightlife!
