Ideally located at just 600 meters away from the centre of Chora, the Capital of Ios, it is perfect for your stay at the island. Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!
