My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s art studio! It was a very relaxing experience and very pleasant stay. Tim was an excellent host and we loved admiring his beautiful art work! Would highly recommend staying here and if we are back in the area will definitely be staying again!

We will look forward to our next trip south. our family overnight was enjoyed while staying at the Farm House. All six adults raved about the spaciousness, the setup, the kitchen is generously stocked to accomodate families. I would recommend this place if you want an overnight in the country yet close to the sight and events of Springfield.

I absolutely loved this place! They thought of every detail..From a portable heater, pack n play, high chair, extra utensils in the kitchen. You name it, the house had it! Even a cute set up for hot chocolate and coffee! My kids especially loved the snacks by the door left for them and the game area and media room. I also wanna mention how CLEAN it was. We will definitely book early and try to stay here for spring break next year! The owner is very prompt and was always available for any questions. I rate this 10/10. Also, you pay for what you get!!!

You know how property photos are often misleading because they make a place look larger or grander than it actually is? Well, the photos for this listing were the exact opposite! There was tons of wonderful space in this property which was a really pleasant surprise! The listing also shows there is only one bathroom, but there is actually a smaller second full bathroom, so that also very welcomed. We enjoyed the spacious front porch, generous kitchen counter/island to cook and gather, roomy bedrooms, comfy living room, etc. We also appreciated all the antiques and folk art decor -- so much interesting stuff to look at. The location of this property is within walking distance to the town square (coffee shops, boutiques, antiques) and just a short drive from Finley Farms and the Ozark Park Trail for enjoying local attractions. I'm going to save this listing as a favorite for a future weekend getaway because I know my friends will love it, too.

This listing couldn't have been more accurate. What you see here is what you get... a beautiful cottage, squeaky clean home, lovely surroundings, close to shopping but not too close, fantastic hosts, oh-so-comfy beds, scrumptious bread, extra amenities, abundance of pillows and fluffy blankets, and I could go on and on. Honestly, I felt like I was the first one staying in a brand new home because it was that clean! The hosts were on hand if I needed them, but there weren't any needs because they'd gone over and above before I arrived. Five stars - would definitely stay here again!

Rachel was a great host, her place is very cozy and had lots of space to accommodate our group! She is very friendly and reached out during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything! I would definitely stay here again in the future! Having 4 full bathrooms was a big plus for us! Thanks for being a great host!

Great place to stay. Far enough away that it is very quiet and peaceful but just minutes from anything you need. The house is beautiful and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone else visiting the area to stay here as well.

This tiny home is beautiful and located in a private, quiet area in Ozark. I was traveling alone and this was the perfect size for me. Everything seems brand new and was well thought of for a traveler, down to the complimentary snacks and even some of the toiletries. The decor is lovely and I really enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the sunset & reading my book. Cassidy was the sweetest visitor and came for some pats and sat with me while I read for a while. Rick & Debbie are very kind and responsive hosts-it was a pleasure. It was a lovely stay and I hope to stay again next time I am in town.
