A homely and quite stylish bungalow with large, light soaked conservatory, and garden (part wild, part gardened). Botany Bay with it's expansive beach and chalk cliffs is at the end of the road. The amenities are pretty good - but there's no hot tub or pool, sorry. Good wi-fi, terrestial TV, sound system, games, jig saws, wierd art and recently re-fitted kitchen. Nearby is the Margate scene - with everything from classic fish and chips to the Turner gallery, Broadstairs and Canterbury's not far.

Pretty detached bungalow situated in the historic village of Appledore, surrounded by vineyards and farmland, which hosts a village pub, general store/post office, church, tea room & antique shop. Close to the market towns of Tenterden and Rye. The coast is 15 minutes drive. Historic castles etc close by. Many public footpaths and the Saxon Way.
