The Garden Studio in the Heart of Bury St Edmunds

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower, UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofas, PS there is NO KITCHEN only a mini fridge Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking, (in the summer with table and chairs) IMPORTANT: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep and uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for another person or couple on request. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand

The Studio Suite

The Studio is modern self-contained bed and breakfast suite in a village location 5 minutes off the A12 road 7 miles SW of Ipswich on the Suffolk/Essex borders. Ideal for an short stay or a longer visit to explore the beautiful countryside. A spacious Bed-sitting room with double bed, well equipped shower room, kitchenette. Own front door access with parking adjacent. Food for a light self- catering breakfast. A well behaved dog is welcome, by prior arrangement.

The Garden Room is a separate annexe in the grounds of our listed thatched cottage in Great Chishill. There is parking, private garden and hot tub. The accommodation comprises a large bedroom/sitting room with a Super King size bed, dining table, and a large bathroom. The kitchen area has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a small bench top hot plate and pan but NO cooker. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is an Electric Vehicle charging point

Close to Bury St Edmunds - 15 mins by car, Cambridge - 45 mins by car or train from B St E, Stowmarket - Train station is 20 mins, London - Direct from Stowmarket by train, Aldeburgh - 45 min drive and many other coastal areas. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
