Watch the ships go by. Where flowing hills in the distant horizon meet the Pacific Ocean minutes away. Elk pass by occasionally and pelicans often dive for food at the marina. Fully renovated in 2021, this beautiful 1939 home in Warrenton has been made completely new. With plenty of on-site parking, this can be your next escape to the coast. Close to Fort Stevens State Park, you can take a nature walk amongst the wildlife or explore the history of Battery Russell & sightsee at the Peter Iredale shipwreck. Close to Astoria/Seaside, but without the busyness. Don't be surprised to see a herd of Elk Nearby, they stop by for coffee!! (No Cable TV, Amazon Firestick only)

Our Coastie Cozy Cottage has been a relaxing getaway for our family for years. We loved loading our wagon with beach supplies and walking just a few blocks down to the beach. A min walks to our 2 local favorite eateries, Billy Mac's Bar & Grill for Fish & Chips or Chowder or Mexican or to Osprey's for morning lattes, mimosas and their travelers breakfast menu. A few blocks to golf, a mile to downtown Broadway, and just a 1/2-mile to the Surf Cove and just 1 mile to the Tillamook Head trail.

Puffin Place is a 320 sqft studio located two streets from the beach. Walking distance to Fresh Foods grocery and multiple restaurants. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and neutral tones make the space the perfect combination of bright and cozy. On chilly days, curl up next to the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows. The queen bed sleeps two guests comfortably. The sofa twin beds are best suited to youngsters. The condo is a third floor unit with stairs, no elevator.

1925 stylish home with 3 beds, 1 den, and 2 full baths is just a few steps to the promenade and beach, and all that the main drag of Seaside has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, wine bars, brew pubs, arcade, bumper cars, etc. Smaller dogs ok, contact owner. Go golfing, crabbing, fishing, clamming, hiking, zip lining, go carts, surfing, biking! Or stay at home and play board games, or corn hole, no need to go anywhere!
