Had a great stay with family of 8 people. Property is exactly like described. All amenities were operational. Prem was responsive person and supported to all our queries. Caretaker Pratap was excellent person took care of our all requests all the time. Villa was worth money and honestly we did not want to leave so early. I personally vouch for this property if you are looking for stay near Miranar.

Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

It's a nice and cozy place to spend with dearones and your pet also. Gated community and good security. Essential are very near. It's a great place to stay with lots of greenary around

We had an amazing stay at Omar's place. He has been very helpful and responsive. We stayed for whole one week and it felt like home. Looking forward to visit his home again. Thank you Omar for hosting us.

Very beautifull and clean villa. Had all the basic amenities for use in good condition. Had cleaning ladies cleaning the place everyday morning. Location is good and colva beach is very close to the place. Grocery store, department store and fairly good eating options available nearby. Also food delivery apps delivery available. Pool was very clean and overall vibe of the place is very inviting. Cleaning ladies and the caretaker were good behaved. Owner was resposive over chat and helped to locate nearby good restaurants, stores and vehicle renting options. It's a good gated society hence very safe to go with family and friends. Highly recommended.

We felt very lucky in finding Jude & Yshana's beautiful Portuguese heritage house in Benaulim. She gave us the details of a taxi driver, Parvez, who met us at the airport and drove us to the house. Yshana met us when we checked in, and introduced us to our lovely housekeeper Lahta who looked after us and made us lots of lovely dinners, and kept the house spotless, even washing our clothes for us for the 5 weeks we spent there. We loved Benaulim, Goa, which is a busy little village, close to beautiful beaches, plenty of restaurants, fruit & veg markets, supermarkets, travel agents. Buses to Margao, Colva, and tuk tuks which would take you anywhere locally for a few rupees. We got friendly with several drivers, and took their mobile numbers, so we could call up a tuk tuk when we wanted a ride. Yshana even took us to Panjim one day to show us some of her favourite shops. We love the area and are planning to go back again, next year.

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb hosted by Neel and Sanya, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The place was immaculate—neat, tidy, and yet incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Traveling with pets can sometimes be challenging, but this stay was perfect for them. The property features a huge garden where my pets could roam freely and have a great time. They loved it! Neel and Sanya were fantastic hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. From helping us settle in to proactively checking if we needed anything, their hospitality was top-notch. They also shared some excellent recommendations for food and places to visit, all of which turned out to be spot on! All in all, this is a highly recommended place to stay with amazing hosts. We absolutely loved the experience and would love to visit again. Thank you, Neel and Sanya, for making our stay so memorable!

I had a wonderful month-long stay at this Airbnb in Velsao, Cansaulim, South Goa, with my 80-year-old mother. At 56, I truly appreciated the peaceful setting, while my mother found it comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic—just a 1 km walk to a clean, serene beach, perfect for unwinding. The apartment is well-equipped, though the kitchen could use more storage for long stays. Our host, Mr. Savio, was exceptional—non-intrusive yet always available when needed. He promptly helped when we locked ourselves out and was incredibly gracious when we accidentally broke some crockery, refusing any compensation. Having a vehicle is advisable as the main market is a bit far. With its tranquility, comfort, and a fantastic host, this stay was an absolute delight. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful South Goa retreat!

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

This was the second time we were staying in Zen gardens and did not think that the experience could get better than the last time we stayed. Sanjay's villa was very neat and beautifully maintained. All things such as bed linen were thoughtfully managed. Sanjay was very kind to keep some food starter pack ready for us when we checked in late at night. He was very responsive and helped check in late at night as well. Definitely recommend the place to groups of all ages, especially families

Lavinia’s place was perfect. Close to the beach and to several restaurants. Easily walkable to the local shops, money exchange, more restaurants etc. The apartment itself is spacious with two double bedrooms. Two balcony’s - one off main living room the other off one bedroom. There is a main bathroom and an en-suite off the master bedroom. The water purifier in the kitchen was a great bonus, saved having to carry bottled water from shops repeatedly. Would definitely stay here again

A truly memorable stay. Everything was just perfect. Timely notifications & instructions for reaching the place. Clean & tidy accommodation with the basic amenities and appliances made our stay most comfortable. Vinod/ Raj’s villa is beautiful and matches the description and photos shared. It’s a beautiful and serene villa inside a gated complex with walking distance to the beach and one can find all amenities right outside the gate from daily essentials to dining places. Both Raj and Vinod are friendly to talk with and Vinod has been super helpful with sorting us out for early check-in as well as renting car out before our arrival. Certainly would consider staying at their villa again in future.

Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.
