Spacious and cosy apartment located only few minutes walk to transportation which takes you to old center of Venice. Very convenient location outside of hustle and bustle of old center of Venice but within easy reach. Highly recommend the place as Antonio and Roberta were very friendly and supportive hosts with plenty of info on local transport, restaurants, etc.

Diego war ein sehr angenehmer und diskreter Gastgeber.. Wir haben uns fürs verlängerte Wochenende in der Wohnung pudelwohl gefühlt, die zweistöckige Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz, eine super Infrastruktur und einen schönen Blick auf die Hügel des Hinterlandes !)

It was a pleasant experience—the apartment is cozy and authentic. :-) The neighborhood is quiet, yet just about 200 meters away you’ll find lively bars, bistros, and restaurants. I’d say it’s a great place to stay in Venice: easy to reach from Piazzale Roma (around a 15-minute walk) and away from the crowds, in a neighborhood where, from what I could tell, many locals live.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Wir haben dieses Apartment sehr genossen: Wegen seiner Lage am Rande der historischen Altstadt konnten wir alle interessanten Orte dieser schönen und lebendigen Stadt unkompliziert und zu Fuß erreichen. We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. We spent a lovely 9 days in Florence in Lorenzo’s apartment. It was perfect for us, as we wanted to be able to cook some nights, so the well-stocked mini-market around the corner was great and the cooktop in the apartment exactly what we needed. We even walked up to the Mercato Centrale one day and bought fresh ingredients for minestrone. Being vegan, Santo Felafel nearby was a gift, as well as Sbrino, the delicious gelateria down the road. Oltrarno is a buzzing part of town, especially near Santo Spirito, but as soon as we closed the doors of the apartment, we didn’t hear anything which was exactly what we wanted! Close enough to all the fun, restaurants & tourist sites but far enough away to recoup after the day’s adventures. We also took the bus up to Fiesole which I would definitely recommend. Lorenzo was very generous with all our questions & queries, he couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay in Florence in the Oltrarno Suite.

Helpful host who gave check in instructions in good time. Did not need to communicate much as we didn’t have any problems
