Welcome to our little piece of paradise - Casa Laguna! The house - newly renovated in 2022 - sits right by the private-feel beach Playa Encanto on the beautiful island Saboga, Las Perlas Islands. The house features a large pool and jacuzzi, multiple terraces and a stunning beach and sunset view. The open concept house offers 3 double and one twin bedroom all with en-suite bathrooms and a lavish living room and kitchen. The highlight are the outdoor areas, the gym and the beach access.

VILLA AT THE BEACH CONTADORA ISLAND

The minimum length of stay is 30 nights. The Contadora Villa are located on the north side of the island, within walking distance of the airport, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets. This villa is a cozy 2-bedroom condominium style within the complex, and is situated right next to the pool creating the perfect place to spend time with the family in an secure environment. The peace and tranquility of the island allow you to relax.

CONTADORA VILLA MI CASA

a modern beachfront villa with access to two completely private white sand beaches. There are wild geoffrey roi monkeys who live around the property. They are friendly, and very polite, if you want to feed them, they eat rice, spaghetti, chicken bones, fruits, lettuce. Do not try to hold them, they are wild. For a 20 dollar fee per trip, the driver can drop/fetch you in town

Contadora Beach House

Fully furnished beach house with pool. Includes 4 bedrooms with private bathroom. There is a visitor´s bathroom outside. The living, dining, and kitchen area is integrated. The 4th bedroom is outside the main house. There is a deck with a pool and living and dining areas, as well as sun taning chairs. The house is located very close to the beach.

The Suite is nestled in the side of a natural rock face providing complete unobstructed views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Hear the soothing sounds of ocean waves at night or take in the beauty in the daytime of the ocean, yachts and nearby island. Direct Beach Access to Playa Cacique, one of the best beaches in all of Contadora.

Saboga: El Remanso Beachfront Entire Upper Level

El Remanso is our oasis, only 28 steps from the beach. This rental unit comprises our entire upper level, with 2 bedroom suites, each with ensuite baths. There is a small kitchenette between the two suites that is included for the exclusive use of guests. Each suite has a deck overlooking the beach below.
