The Castanian Cottage is a Scandanavian style cottage which was built in 1972. The owners of the property lived in the Cottage while building ‘The Castanian’ which was one of the grand manors in Cooma. The country estate sprawls over 27 acres. The property overlooks the Cooma golf course. Castanian offers 180-degree views to the snow-capped mountains of the Alpine areas, and also the Brindabella Mountains. The Rainforest Cabin is relaxing haven nestled in nature on our farm. It is one of a pair of cabins, each private and with their own character. Your own home close to all the delights of the far south coast. The cabin has a deck overlooking the chain of ponds leading to the Lily Pond dam below. There is a private kitchenette and the shared Sunny Kitchen cabin. Its a lovely artistic space to relax and rewind and enjoy the landscaped gardens. The handmade crockery is made in my farm studio.
