Petite maison indépendante et authentique, tout équipée, pour accueillir une personne seule ou en couple, ayant un bon esprit de convivialité, de rencontre, agréable et sympathique, et qui aime les chiens. En plein coeur de l'Andalousie, la maison se situe proche du village de Colmenar, au milieu des oliviers et des amandiers et à une demie-heure de Malaga. Il y a une toute petite piscine qui n'est pas faite pour nager mais pour se rafraîchir en cas de grosse chaleur (crème solaire interdite).

Apartamento dentro de un chalet, con piscina y jardin en urbanización privada (zonas comunes dentro de la propiedad), rodeado de campo, tranquilo y confortable. Se admiten mascotas pequeñas. En la propiedad hay perros pequeños y gatos. Sofá cama de matrimonio y cama de matrimonio en la misma estancia.

Despierta con vistas al mar desde tu cama, tómate un café y da un corto paseo en coche hasta la playa. Disfruta del almuerzo junto al mar bajo una sombrilla y termina el día con un baño en la piscina compartida. Necesitas coche: A 2 km de la playa y del supermercado / 6 min en coche A 20 km de Málaga/25 min en coche La piscina está abierta de 9:00 a 21:00 Se accede a la piscina por una estrecha escalera de caracol desde el patio. Vivirás al lado nuestra y compartirás la piscina con nosotros.

Apartment in a rural house in the Alpujarra.

Apartment in a charming village house with a private bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. The house is located on the ground floor of the same house where the guests live, but the two parts of the house are separate. It is a 10-minute drive from Órgiva and is ideally situated for visiting the mountain villages. Please note that the house is not accessible by car as the village is pedestrianized. There is a parking area 50 meters away, and the street leading to the house is steep.

There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.
