Perfect pad for a couple of nights !

Great stay! The home is on a quiet lot surrounded by lots of trees. Fenced in back yard which our dog absolutely loved. The large deck off the side was lovely. Quiet, comfy place, convenient to the expressway and a quick drive to downtown.

Great stay! Very clean house in a nice neighborhood. The house had a wonderful play room with books and toys that our grandchildren really enjoyed. Definitely recommend!

Overall it was a good experience. A little hard for us to find late at night in the dark… but all was good once we made it. Very friendly communication.

Would rate this stay 1000 out of 10! Mymy and Christina were very responsive. Even late at night there wasn’t a time where more than five minutes went by without a response. The description on the listing is exactly what you’re going to get when we book this place. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was exactly what I needed while on my first trip as a new mother I would come again no hesitation. Then the price is unbeatable I love and have nothing bad to say. I love it 🥰❤️

I was here for business but didn’t want to pay the 400-500/night local hotels were charging. Very clean, beautiful apartment included things I needed to get ready for meetings (hair dryer, iron and ironing board). Beautiful view from the balcony and grocery store, coffee shops and restaurant all within a block or two.

She made sure everything was seamless from start to finish, and her attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed. This place isn’t just a stopover—it’s the kind of stay that makes you want to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time I pass through Atlanta. We loved our stay in the Tiny Mansion! It was exactly as described. Every detail was well thought out and made it cozy and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing. (We even looked up the pillows because they were great!) I loved the Alexa with the ability to adjust the brightness of the lights. Two females traveling alone felt very safe in the adorable little neighborhood. My only suggestion, if I had to think of something, is to add dimmable lights above the little nightstands for those like me who like to read before bed. Other than that, it felt like home! Highly recommend!

Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

Home was beautiful and very clean. Traffic noise can be a little loud but it wasn’t bad.

This was my second stay at one of David and Jenn’s locations. Hosts were super responsive and personable. The stays have been pleasant and the spaces are outfitted as you would hope. Highly recommend David and Jenn to others.

Place was great. Quite a few stairs so it is not right for everyone. Very convenient to Piedmont Hospital, which unfortunately, was the point of our visit. The building has multiple apartments, so it was a little confusing to find in the dark. Once you get there though, it is clean, well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The area felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay! The space is much bigger than the pictures. Beds are comfy. Best part is the walkability and nearby things to do. Would stay again!
