Appartamento all'interno della villa padronale che si affaccia sul Golfo di Castellamare, a 900 mt. dalla spiaggia attrezzata di Balestrate. L'appartamento e' finemente arredato e corredato per ospitare fino a 4 persone. E' composto da una camera matrimoniale, un elegante bagno con 2 postazioni doccia,cucina soggiorno con divano letto che si affaccia su ampio giardino dove si puo pranzare con annesso barbeque, una bellissima piscina dove trascorrere momenti di assoluto relax e un'area fitness.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
