Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

The Bronson Barn is located on the grounds behind the home that was originally owned by H.V. Bronson who initially plotted the town of Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the park, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, train depot and bike rental. The national park has hundreds of miles of hiking trails, biking trails, river walks or kayaking, amazing waterfalls, and nature walks to see wildlife. You can also enjoy the ski resort located a few miles away for any winter sports!

Come visit this special new cottage on Little Punderson Lake. Watch the eagles, scaups, herons over your morning coffee, or while fishing off the dock. We are next to Punderson State Park and all of its amenities, restaurants, sugar camp on the Burton Square and more. Our house is located in the middle of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park which is renowned for cycling and hiking, with countless trails of varying degrees of difficulty. Bicycles can be rented a mere 1/2 mile away. We welcome visitors from all walks of life.
