Had a wonderful stay at this spotless apartment with a lovely view of the confluence of rivers. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed, from the well-supplied kitchen to the comfortable living room, spacious dining room and luxurious bedroom suite with its own deck door. We had breakfast and coffee on the huge deck while enjoying ducks and boats on the water. Heard trains but slept fine. Being able to lock our bicycles in designated storage was a huge plus, as was the convenience of having bikes right outside the door for a beautiful ride on the treelined Great Allegheny Passage trail to OhioPyle in the state park 10 miles away. A fawn nibbled berries as we arrived for an incredible dinner at the Riversedge Cafe, a short walk from the apartment. The Confluence Convenience mart was open when we needed supplies on a Monday evening. And so glad we stopped at the nearby Tissue Farm for Chai, scone and art on our way out to Kentuck Knob - a must-see!

Older, very roomy apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just the way we like it. Carmen was very responsive to all our inquiries. Would stay again.

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. Perfect place to stay before visiting Fallingwater, convenient location

Kam accommodated us on short notice as we had to come up quickly due to a family member being hospitalized. The place is so peaceful and on beautiful grounds. It was easy to find and a Tesla charger was outside our door. I will stay here again!

Very convenient to the GAP for biking. We had a couple of minor issues, but these were addressed quickly. The beds were comfortable.

Andrea was super responsive and the unit was very clean and exactly as described. The unit was a little chilly when we initially arrived (end of March), but it heated up quickly. It is a cozy little unit, and the bathroom is spacious with a garden tub and plenty of hot water to fill it. The location is fabulous - we didn't move the car all weekend. Walked to restaurants, coffee shop and the hiking trails. I would recommend this or any of Andrea's other units.

Had a great stay at this location! Would recommend to anybody looking to ski or snowboard in the seven springs / hidden valley area. Very cozy and close to the things we came to the area to enjoy! Kara’s loft is very modern and functional. It’s both spotlessly clean and welcoming. Our two families of 7 enjoyed our two-night stay. Visited the famous Fallingwater, and made good use of the well-equipped kitchen for warm family gatherings. Thank you, Kara, for the opportunity to stay in this unique unit.

We loved the place, such an awesome little community, already planning our return.

We explored many of the nearby state parks for cross country skiing and were not disappointed, some groom the trails in winter, and there was plenty of snow during our visit. We were very happy to come home to Erin's at the end of an active day. The living room was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. We slept well in the quiet back room. We look forward to a return stay.

It was a great place along with affordable prices. Not too far off the beaten path from the highway. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Was very impressed with the accommodations. Would definitely stay their in the future.

Patty is a treasure. If you stay here, make sure you’re good to her! She has some rescued Dalmatians named Mickey and Minnie that will talk to you as you walk up and down the stairs, but if you’re a dog person like me you’ll just talk back some haha. I loved everything about Patty’s place, and it gave our drummer a spot to catch some more than needed rest. He was able to sleep for a whole day because of how comfortable and peaceful this place is. There’s some good food at the restaurant right on the corner, and a gas station nearby, which was really nice. Patty was very responsive and a great communicator. We talked for a good half hour or so on the porch and I enjoyed every minute! For the price and how close it is to Morgantown you cannot beat this place. It is SO much better than staying in the city! We’ve done both, and now we will be paying Patty a visit every time we are in the area!

We had no problem finding the apt. The apt was very clean & cozy. It was just what we needed for our weekend getaway!! Thanks for a great place to stay!!

The apartment was perfect for my son and I. Working internet, spacious, cute decor, super comfortable beds, many outlets, washer and dryer and other all necessary items were there. The location was perfect for me because I needed to run many errands in downtown Cumberland and in Lavale- so it was easy access. Loved the beautiful tree by the upstairs balcony. Very quick on responding and flexible with my check out time. Highly recommend this place!

It was a great place to stay. The host was what you would hope for. On another note, the town was fine but had some quirks. They don’t sell wine, so bring it with you. Met a few lame waitresses, but the pizzaria opened up just to make us food, when the open tavern didn’t seem to want to wait on us. There is a frequent train going through, but I slept through it during the night. It’s very close to Lloyd Wright’s houses, so it was a great location in that respect.

For my first time being there was really really nice. I love the small town. Never had to worry about anything. It was really nice. She was a very good host. I have nothing bad to say.

An absolutely beautiful location! I was able to watch the leaves change in fall while soaking in the deck hot tub. The studio apartment was perfect as my home away from home while on a travel nursing assignment. I had everything I needed. I was able to bring my roku and watch my TV shows while relaxing in the recliner chair. The shower is very roomy. I love that a washer and dryer was included. The only thing I wish it had was a toaster oven…but that is a luxury not a need. The stove, toaster, and microwave were perfect for my month stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to “get away” or working in nearby by Oakland, MD. The host is wonderful and very responsive.
