Affittasi baita nel comune di Pieve Tesino (TN) a m 1250 s.l.m. immersa nel verde. Casa singola con ampio giardino, barbecue, tavolo al coperto. All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), skiing, hiker, motor-biker, groups and furry friends (+pet 10,-/night and each pet). Only 20 min. away from Bolzano.
