Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

This apartment is situated as the ground level of a two story duplex. Newly remodeled including all new bathroom, granite counter in kitchen, and all hardwood or tile floors. Smart TV's in the bedrooms and Smart TV with cable in the living room. Everything you need for making meals, and close to many restaurants if you'd rather not. Right next door to a coffee cafe!
