Overlooking gorgeous Lake Dillon and the beautiful Ten Mile Range, this 500 square foot one bedroom comfortably sleeps two. In the heart of Dillon, this Summit Yacht Club condo offers easy access to year round outdoor activities: walking distance to bars, the amphitheater (free weekend summer concerts), the marina and hiking/biking trails. Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.

Lakeview Mountain Retreat

Lakeside Livin' -2 br, 2 ba, DROP DEAD VIEWS

A 2br., 2 ba., ground level-walk towards the full glass and the lawn, the lake and the 12,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, playground and bikepath are here. Just fully remodeled 2 years ago it's absolutely stunning...turn around and check out the wonderfully designed and appointed unit...notice the open floor plan, did I mention the view? The booking guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. NO PETS AND/OR SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

Adventure Awaits! Lake & Mtn View Getaway 2bd 2bth

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath "mountain escape" condo has panoramic glass patio doors with an unobstructed view looking out over Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. You can even see Dillon Marina from the patio, with sailboats docked all summer long. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
