An 1856 farmhouse re-finished to accommodate up to 10 people. 4 queen beds. Full kitchen, Living and Dining. Enjoy the beauty of Seneca Lake from the porch with your favorite Finger Lakes wine! Direct access to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, lake access within 8 miles. Best view on the lake! 6 wineries within 2 miles. The outbuildings have a "working farm charm", and may be a little messy due to storage of articles from past generations. The house does sit on NY 14 and can have some road noise.

Catharine Cottages (#1 Seneca)

Find luxury inside and nature outside. Cottage 1 has a double bed in one corner, a trundle bed in the opposite corner and a private bath. Additionally find a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a welcome basket with oatmeal, muffins, popcorn, nuts, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).

The Bird House @ Camp Dogged (#59-4)is a tiny home experience. We call it the Bird House because every window you look out you see eagles, ducks, geese, birds as well as other wildlife. The unit is a RV Park Model, which is self contained with a private fenced in patio and grill. The unit sleeps 4 and includes 2 bedrooms - master with a queen and the open loft with 2 twin beds. There is kitchen, full bath and living room. The patio has seating and a grill.

This space was once known as, "O'Susannah's Upstairs Inn." We purchased the building and have transitioned it over to, "The Loft, at Inner Peace Floats." This space is directly over our floatation therapy and massage center. This rental is a comfy, cozy home away from home. A great space for family and friends to hang out together while visiting the beautiful Finger Lakes. Parties and events are not allowed in this space.
