We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Nensi’s apartment in Kotor. Everything was perfect — the room was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Nensi was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, and there’s a shortcut walking path nearby — make sure to ask Nensi about it before you arrive. We truly felt comfortable and at home. Highly recommended!

I had a perfect stay! Petar’s place was spacious, clean and comfortable with an absolutely gorgeous balcony view which has been one of my favourite parts of the trip. Petar goes above and beyond to make sure his guest has everything they need and enjoy their stay. He is very kind, friendly, and responsive. 10/10 would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to visiting and staying here again.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De kamer kan wel wat vochtig zijn door slechte ventilatie maar dat heeft Maja direct opgelost :)

Wonderful place, wish it was available a little longer but it was booked. Easy parking, around plenty of restaurants & things to do. There is a gym, pool, supermarket, restaurants & stores all in walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Divni domaćini, dočekali su nas kao rođene. Uz preporuke domaćina izbegli smo gužve u saobraćaju, a bili su i fleksibilni u vezi check-in i check-out vremena. Svaka preporuka za apartman - blizina centra, a opet miran kraj. Apartman je divno opremljen i za duži boravak, pogotovo ako planirate da kuvate na odmoru i da ručate na terasi s pogledom na more.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Kotor, Restaurants und Supermarkt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und doch liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Zur Promenade geht man über den Garten ein paar Treppen hinunter -nur die Mücken waren hier etwas lästig. Das Appartement ist äußerst sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Aleksandra & her son, Andrija, were such great hosts. Our flight arrived earlier than the check-in time & they allowed us to check-in early. They were really quick to respond to any questions we had - before we arrived and all the way through check-out. The villa is very lovely! Well-equipped with all the amenities, if your group likes to cook. It’s an easy walk to Old Town, plus there’s a nearby bakery and a little grocery store. And the view from the terrace? Absolutely stunning! 🤩 Me & my friends had the best holiday! We would definitely recommend this place!

everything was great. the owner showed where you can park on the territory, showed the apartment. it was very clean, the apartment is even better than in the photo. I will definitely come here again!

A beautiful enormous property fit 2 families (8) perfectly! The photos don’t do it justice. Ivana and owner amazing nothing too much trouble definitely would recommend.

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Perfect location if you want easy access going to old town. The place is very near to everything you need in old town. It is surprisingly quiet during the night so we didn’t had problem sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern and stylish, the host is very welcoming and helpful. I am strongly recommend this apartment.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!

Всё прошло отлично. Bojana помогла с трансфером из аэропорта и регистрацией. В квартире всё новое, все приборы работают, очень чисто. Маленькая, но уютная, а расположение очень удачное: магазин IDEA со всем необходимым - через дорогу, а до центра Тивата - 10 минут пешком.

We had a really good time in Anna‘s beautiful apartment, especially the view was absolutely gorgeous and we will keep fond memories of this holiday. Anna was very responsive and helpful at all times. We certainly hope to be back at some point.
