In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

Je verblijft in de stijlvolle 54 m² poolhouse met een lichte Ibiza-zithoek, royale raampartijen, verfijnde bar, buitenkeuken en een uitnodigende eethoek. Ontsteek de pelletkachel en geniet van een zwoele avond met zicht op de hottub en het zacht verlichte zwembad. Dankzij de centrale ligging bereik je vlot Gent, Antwerpen en Brugge, ook met de trein. Na een citytrip kom je hier terug tot rust.

Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. We hope you enjoy and respect this place as much as we do.

Gezellig gastenverblijf met splinternieuwe badkamer, in een rustige groene buitenwijk op 4 km van het stadscentrum. Je deelt de wilde tuin met ons, maar het verblijf is volledig privé. Met de twee fietsen (inbegrepen in het verblijf) sta je op een kwartier aan de Korenmarkt. Bakker, slager, supermarkt en caféetjes op wandelafstand. Veel parkeerplek en vlot bereikbaar met bus of tram, haltes op minder dan een km afstand. Er is een goede busverbinding met het treinstation Gent-Sint-Pieters.

Loft vlakbij centrum + gratis fietsen

Op slechts 1 km van het treinstation Gent Dampoort, 800 m van de Flixbushalte, en 300 m van de bushalte (lijn 11) die u naar het stadscentrum brengt. De afstand tot het historische stadscentrum (Vrijdagmarkt, Sint-Jacobskerk) bedraagt 2 km. We hebben ook GRATIS FIETSEN voor u. Straatparkeren betalend tussen 9u en 19u, kost 3,5 euro per dag. Gratis parkeren op zondag en feestdagen.

Fully equipped studio located at 5-10 minutes walking distance from Brussels Expo and ING Arena, and at 10-15 minutes from the Atomium, trams, buses, and metro, north of Brussels.
