We had a pleasant stay in Kensington. The complex has a laundry service, mini mart, and small restaurant. It also has a great pool and fitness centre. The staff at the apartment complex are friendly and greeted us all the time. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again in the future.

Although Sam's place was compact, it was tidy and well-decorated. It also offered great range of useful cutlery, kitchen appliances and amenities. There weren't many to do in the area, as it was in the center of the city, yet the place provided clean gym, pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. Sam himself was very responsive and particularly clear with his instructions. Overall, my stay at Sam's place was comfy and worth the rate.

Tempatnya cocok untuk short ataupun long stay. Family dan orang tua friendly✅ amenitiesnya lengkap! Cookware ada, alat makan ada, disediakan dispenser dan air minum, kalo mau buang sampah tinggal buang di ruang sebelah, handuk juga disediakan. AC nya dingin. Serasa di rumah pokoknya. Bisa check in jam 12 siang juga✅ Instruksi lengkap dan admin sangat responsive. Strategis, banyak makanan di sekitar tower G. Minusnya di TV yg agak2 nge lag beberapa kali😂 semoga bisa diperbaiki yaa But overall oke dan recommended. Thank you!

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

Aqcaya is a super host indeed. She is very accommodating and polite. She made sure to show us the place at our convenience and even offered other contacts for water, cleaning etc. We had a non working rice cooker and Aqcaya immediately bought a new one and sent over. This shows how much she cares for the guests. The apartment is very well located and had an excellent view. Also there is no noise from the neighbours. Located above the Green Pramuka Square Mall is excellent as you can get everything with ease, be it grocery from Lotto Mart of just good restaurants. There is a swimming pool as well however we did not use it. Overall the location is great, easy to reach to and lots of residential building around making it super safe. Lots of Gojek and and Grab bikes and card readily available. Worth every penny you spend.

This is my second time staying at Simon's place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! I spent a week here with my family, and it was super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk to AEON Mall Tanjung Barat. Having a supermarket and restaurants nearby made it so easy to grab groceries and enjoy great food without traveling far. The apartment has everything I need. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, and even a rice cooker, which was perfect for me since I was there for a week and could cook meals for the whole family. Plus, there’s a washing machine, so no worries about laundry! The room itself is spacious, and the furniture is well-designed and very comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, with a gym, swimming pool, and jogging track, so there's plenty to do. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next time!
