A charming six bedroom house ideal for hosting families & golfing parties. This listing is first and foremost a family home, with all the charm and quirks that go with this type of property. It has generous reception space (the house has been described as swallowing you up) including a grand drawing room with antique furniture & a large open fire, a huge dining kitchen with views over the Forth & a cosy TV room with a large sofa ideal for curling up and watching films. Not suitable for parties.

Driftwood’ is a quiet, modern , dog friendly home (max of 2 dogs ) in a private courtyard just one minute from the beach and the town centre. It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

The Croft, North Berwick

The Croft in North Berwick, is on a quiet residential street just 5 minutes walk from the train station, beach and main street. We hope you find the house comfortable and welcoming during your holiday. Newly decorated throughout, the Croft has a large kitchen with dining area which leads onto a private enclosed garden. It benefits from WiFi and a Sky Sports package with Sky Q on an HD TV. The house is beautifully furnished. Brand new beds in each of the bedrooms. A clean and comfortable home.

The Historic Dalkeith Water Tower

The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.

Beautiful Georgian Coach House in private location

This beautiful property is located a five mile drive from the popular seaside resort of North Berwick. The house is situated on an agricultural estate with lots of walks on your doorstep. There are many activities to do all within and easy drive- golf, fishing, boating, to name a few- and Edinburgh is a 30 minute train trip away. The house itself beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
