It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Welcome to my home! This is a spacious guest suite with private entrance, bathroom, walk-in-closet, dining table set, sofa, refrigerator and microwave. Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, you will be centrally located between Seattle, Bellevue and SeaTac Airport (15-25 minutes to each during off peak travel times). This delightful rental has a lovely semi-private outdoor area, with access to shared fireplace and fire pit for chill time under the stars.
