The location of the flat is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town. Edinburgh Castle is a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and all the necessary appliances were available, including a washer/dryer. Mr. Shahid is an excellent host, he had all the information available in a binder inside the flat and he was quick to help us with anything we needed. It was our first time booking an Airbnb and we were beyond satisfied! We recommend it without a doubt!

Appartement agréable avec vue sur le Arthur's Seat. Centre ville très proche. Jonathan est très proactif et réactif, nous n'avons eu aucun soucis.

We had a great stay here, the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people, it’s very clean, very cosy, home from home feel to it! The tram stop is a quick 5 minute walk, super handy and easy to access the city centre. There is an Aldi next door and the kitchen in the apartment is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you could need. Would 100% stay here again for a future Edinburgh trip!

Very walkable. Literally right off the Royal Mile. Many street performers close by. Restaurants and shops close by. 10 minute walk to the castle. Someone with accessibility issues may have issues. Hill up to Royal Mile which is cobblestone and a bit steep. Other than that it’s a wonderful place in a wonderful location. Definitely recommend.

I felt like a celebrity in this beautiful and quiet flat, right off the main action of Edinburghs center. The bed was comfy and had sparkling white sheets. The bathtub was just perfect for a soak after all the walking we did. The kitchen set up was perfectly stocked with tea, coffee and breakfast essentials, plus or host gave us great info on local shops for any other needs. We got the inside scoop on some of the best local restaurants and bars. Oh! And a jar of homemade Scottish Shortbread greeted us on our arrival! Absolutely worth every penny, and every step it takes to get to the flat. I didn't want to leave this chic little jewel in Edinburgh.

We stayed in Elizabeth’s place for our first couple of nights in Scotland. It was perfect and exactly what we needed! She was extremely accommodating to an early check in and met us right when we got there with instructions. The area is perfect and just a short walk to old town, new town and Stockbridge. Close to deans village! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean!

Really amazing and extremely beautiful flat. It is impeccably decorated and feels like you’re travelling back in time to an Enlightenment-era salon. The living room and bedrooms are like a manoresque time capsule whereas the bathroom and kitchen are modern and fully decked out. Barely wanted to leave the flat! One of the best airbnb experiences ever!

Un petit séjour avec ma fille de 18 ans dans un petit village très accueillant et facile d’accès par bus ou à pied à partir d’Édimbourg . Nous avons fait des belles balades au bord d’un lac et une rivière . Beaucoup de verdures et des grands parcs . Des pubs restaurants et supermarchés sont à proximité avec des gens très sympathiques . L apartment au 3 iem étage est très confortable ,cosy , calme et lumineux. Erin nous a offert un séjour inoubliable avec des bonnes adresses , des bonnes idées et sa réactivité et gentillesse nous avaient touché . Un grand merci et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir 😁

The apartment was as advertised. The pictures were accurate great location. Only concern we had was construction started as we got there. It was unfortunate but beyond Samantha’s control

there are no words for how beautiful! the location is absolutely perfect. the building itself was beautiful, it was so hard to say goodbye! the host was wonderful and i’d recommend anyone who’s visiting to stay there!

Had a fab few days staying here. Annie was a super host. Very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend this as a great place to stay for a visit to Edinburgh.

Axel was a fantastic host, great communication and the house was just what we needed. Very clean and exactly as described. Close to the tram and bus links just a few stops to the city centre and only 15 mins on the bus to Portobello Beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Axel as a host and his house to anyone.

Mark was a great host! super responsive and his place was amazing. Lots of tourists attractions around but also not too difficult to find low key restaurants and bars.

We stayed here for two months. It is a fantastic neighborhood and a very comfortable flat. Hanna was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The flat itself is clean, bright, with enough space for two people. Though the shower is small, it is definitely big enough for an average sized person to comfortably use. I stayed here with a friend and so utilized the sofa bed the entire time. Both beds were good! I would note to anyone staying that there are some building noises in the main room (not from other tenants, but pipes, heating, etc.) and so wouldn't recommend the sofa bed to a super light sleeper - the bedroom is very quiet though. The location is ideal, very safe with easy access to all Leith Walk has to offer, and walkable to New and Old Town or out to Leith. The tram stop is also very close by. We loved our stay here and were sad to say goodbye to the flat. Hanna is a wonderful host! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A a truly stunning apartment in the lovely Stockbridge neighbourhood, perfectly located for local restaurants and shops as well as being easy to walk to other parts of Edinburgh if you're looking to explore. We often visit Edinburgh so know the city well but this was our best stay, especially as it's dog friendly. Pierson was super helpful, provides a detailed welcome pack with clear instructions and recommendations, the apartment is well equipped and also has a pretty garden. I would 100% rebook. Bonus - St Bernard's Crescent in Spring is picture perfect with all the cherry blossom trees!

We had a great stay at Ollie's apartment in April 2025. It's very close to Haymarket station, and all the amenities you need are on the doorstep. The flat is clean, tidy and secure, and it was great to be able to use the pool next door. We'd love to stay again!

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Alan is a friendly host, and was very helpful when we needed anything. The place was super clean, the room was a perfect size for 2 people. The area is good, with groceries stores around and a couple of buses that take you central in 25-30mins. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

Had a great stay at Ollies apartment. We wanted to come a day earlier and that was accommodated for us very well. Swimming with the kids is a great thing too. Apartment has everything you would need. The best thing about the place for me is the location. At the back you have Fountain Park which has lots to do with kids. Only a few minutes away from Haymarket Station which has trams to Princes street. The guest book provided by Ollie has everything inside you would need. Supermarkets and restaurants are all close by. Would definitely return
