My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour entre amis dans votre résidence. L'espace extérieur a été un coup de coeur pour notre groupe. Le quartier est très agréable et tranquille, idéal pour relaxer. La proximité de la plage et des commodités ont dépassé nos attentes. C'était facile de se rendre dans des quartiers avoisinants pour davantage de divertissement. Nous reviendrions si l'occasion se présente!

My second time staying at this place. Very convenient! San miguel only 7 min away. New mcdonald 3 min away. Price mart 3 min away. I would stay at this place again in the near future !! San andres community its the best.

The home was clean and very comfortable. Just need to update with the address on Google Maps. Overall everything was great and a beautiful place.

El alojamiento de Melvin cumple con todos los requisitos para una estadia comoda, segura, limpia y moderna. Con un anfitrion objetivo, educado y pendiente de cualquier asunto que suceda. Es un alojamiento muy bonito, bien decorado, tecnologia en el acceso para mejorar la seguridad ya existente. Y sobre todo la interaccion entre el anfitrion-huesped es cien porciento transparente. Totalmente profesional el manejo de este lindo alojamiento. Todo es de buena Fe aqui. Lo anterior lo hace totalmente diferente a los demas, lo hace especial y unico. Es un excelente lugar, ubicado en una zona bastante céntrica. Casa bastante amplia, muy limpia, con un patio espacioso para reunirse con amigos. Muy bien equipada. Volvería a este lugar y lo recomiendo, 20/10.

everything would’ve been perfect except for the one thing the made me leave early: no wifi signal in the main room where i slept and where I needed it to work and watch my steaming apps. i tried to set up myself the wifi extender but it did not work at all. tried several times. as someone who needs a relatively fast but absolutely stable internet connection to work, this was a deal breaker. I ended up leaving a day earlier, paying for an extra day for nothing. they told me i could work near the entrance to the apartment where the wifi was available but how practical is this?

The place and location were absolutely amazing. I would definitely book again if I had the chance. The host was incredibly kind, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Me encantó. El apartamento muy limpio, buena ubicación cerca del centro. Al lado hay una pupusería muy buena (que solo abren sábados y domingos) y por fin pude probarlas, buenísimas!! El departamento está muy bien equipado con todas las comodidades. Si regreso a El Salvador me volvería a hospedar aquí sin dudarlo. 100% Recomendado. Aprecié mucho el detalle de los snacks, el agua y el café, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias!

El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo. El estado del apartamento es excelente. Los anfitriones no podrian ser mejores. No es la primera vez que me quedo aqui y siempre salgo satisfecho. Es muy bonito, buena ubicacion, limpio. Gracias por todo.

Beautiful apartment, very accommodating. Located in the heart of the entertainment area of San Salvador. Walkable to many restaurants, discotecas, stores/malls, and close to the hospital if needed. Alcy was very helpful with checkin and always responsive if I had a question. Would absolutely return here!

Had an amazing stay at Ronny's place. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend if you're staying in San Salvador.

Very nice apartment with a good view of the city, comfortable beds, ac, hot water and a clean place. I’ve stayed there a couple of times, I recommend it!!

Alejandra's place was comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and simply enjoyable. This apartment is in a clean and safe neighborhood, allowing you to get around efficiently using Uber drivers or a rental car. It was a perfect choice for my dad and me to spend five days on vacation. The apartment gave us plenty of privacy with individualized rooms and restrooms. Communication with Alejandra and the building host was efficient. Staff in the building are friendly and kind. You can't go wrong opting for Alejandra's apartment. I look forward to returning when in town. Thanks again, Alejandra, for being a communicative and friendly host.
