One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.
