Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

This building has healthcare workers and residents who work night shifts , it is not a place for excessive noise or hosting parties. The apartment has one queen size bed. The extra bed is an air mattress also queen size.
