Cozy loft with fireplace in center of Viljandi

Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

This unique apartment is very quiet. It is freshly renovated old building hidden in Karlova area. Apartment is made of quality materials. This building renovations ended in the beginning of 2022. It is unique because there is preserved old stones in the walls. Also you can change lights for what mood you want. Lights are super cozy and romantic for couples to stay and enjoy their time. In kitchen there is all equipments for whatever you want to do. Bathroom is design in quality materials.

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

Across the street starts the Old Town, it’s only in 3 minutes walking distance and you'll get to the harbour in 5 minutes. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter. Everything you might need is only a few steps away - cafes, shops, restaurants, bars. The apartment is best suited for 2 people as an alternative to a hotel room.
