Affittasi baita nel comune di Pieve Tesino (TN) a m 1250 s.l.m. immersa nel verde. Casa singola con ampio giardino, barbecue, tavolo al coperto. All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. La SUNNY HOUSE è un nuovissimo chalet posto in splendida posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti del Centro Cadore. Raggiungibile comodamente con l'auto, è isolato ma vicino al centro paese. Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. Soppalco con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Tv+frigobar. Solarium esterno con tavolo e panca. Posti auto.

La nostra baita di montagna si trova sull'Altopiano di Pinè, nel cuore del Trentino nella tranquilla località di "Pitoi" a Regnana, frazione del Comune di Bedollo (TN) a 1350 metri sul livello del mare. E’ immersa nel verde a ridosso del bosco. Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... Het chalet van 180 m² is verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen en bestaat uit een woonkamer met een open haard en een slaapbank voor 2 personen, een goed uitgeruste eetkeuken met een vaatwasser, 4 slaapkamers met kingsize bedden en 3 badkamers en is dus geschikt voor 9 personen.

It is a secluded chalet, nestled far above anything else in the valley. For everybody who needs the sound of silent and loves diving into the nature. We are supporting your travel spirit during this tough time. Close to major hiking and charming towns. It is great for children as we spent all the winter and summer holidays with our four children when they were small.
