Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

We were traveling throughout the Sea Islands region and stopped in St. Mary's to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Don's place was an unexpected treat!! Reviews are all excellent and spot-on, but we didn't realize how beautiful his property would be and how important it was to have creature comforts after a long day hiking. Everything was awesome!

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

I have never had a harder time leaving a rental home than I did when we had to say goodbye to this one. Between the charm and comfort of the house and the beautiful setting, our family had a truly magical stay. We were mesmerized by the marsh and the wildlife, birds, etc. We had an incredible time paddleboarding the marsh right from the home's dock during times of the day of higher tide. The house has fantastic decor, space, and comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about the property is lovely. What a great location to explore St Augustine, which is our favorite town in Florida, and the surrounding area. It was so nice to have a quiet, peaceful haven to call home base for the week. Beautiful beachfront location with amazing views and stunning sunrises. Extremely well-stocked, especially with beach amenities. Hamish is a wonderful host and gave some great dining recommendations. If we return for another visit, would absolutely stay here again.

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

It was just what we needed. Very accommodating , it was what had been described. Huge rooms . It was great would use it again

We use Airbnb and VRBO a great deal and Tonya’s house while Small is perfect for our needs. It was spotless and clean inside and out. Tonya is very responsive and helpful and very friendly. The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

Beautiful Place with a stunning view! Perfect for our family spring break vacation. I was amazed at how uncrowded the area was during spring break. A quiet getaway! The management company was very responsive to any issues. Loved our week at Shipwatch!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Words can’t describe how beautiful the view was from our balcony. The beach couldn’t be any closer to our door and the apartment inside was perfect. Just what we needed after a day in the beach. The balcony/beach access was a super thoughtful feature we got lots of use out of! Can’t wait to return as soon as we can.
