Forteviot Bowling clubhouse provides an unusual getaway. Situated on Dupplin Estate (close to Perth) with lovely countryside walks and fishing on the river Earn. Interior designed retaining as many of the original features of the original bowling club make this a quirky but luxurious stay. Pan Ha’ Cottage

This is a gem of a cottage which has been completely re-furbished in Summer 2025 and is just a stone’s throw from the scenic ‘Blue Flag’ Leven Beach. Very convenient for visiting Edinburgh, St. Andrews and the East Neuk villages of Fife. Everything in this cottage is brand new including the well designed, fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The open plan living area has a comfortable sofa which can convert to a second double bed allowing for up to 4 guests in total.

The Cow Pads Crail offer you modern style in a beautiful country setting. We are really proud of our converted shipping containers which offer our guests accommodation for two people in a double bed, with ensuite shower room and a small kitchenette. The Cow Pads are fully insulated, 90% powered by green energy from the farm, have incredible countryside views and a delightful decking area. Cow Pad Gertie has an outdoor heated bath, festoon lights and patio area.
