The house has approximately 130 meters distance from Loutsa beach (5 min walking or 1 min by car) and it is also near Finikounda (about 1,5 km 3-5 min by car or 15 min walking). The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and the bedrooms have lots of closet space. The upper bedrooms have great views. Open your door and you will probably see a sailboat or a yacht docked right in the main bay. There is a TV in the main bedroom and a Smart TV in the living room. There are also three AC's for your individual preferences.
