Lovely rental, very accurately depicted in the listing, on street parking was not an issue, quiet urban neighborhood that felt very safe. Very walkable to numerous restaurants and shops, and the Theodore Roosevelt National Inaugural Museum (interesting!), and a short, easy drive to the AKG Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Being originally from Jamestown, this place was the perfect "home away from home" for the holidays. My partner and I loved our stay, and we'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town. Truly made my time and my partner's first time visiting an unforgettable one. Jonathan was an incredible, responsive host. Thanks again! :)

Clean place close to the slopes and about a 10min walk to downtown!

Our stay here was fantastic! Parking and entering the apartment were a breeze. Upon entering the unit, we immediately appreciated the lovely woodwork and beautiful windows as we head up the stairs. What a pleasant surprise! The immaculately clean unit was more spacious than expected and we all plenty of room for our things and to spread out. Our bed and linens were SO comfortable. The living room couch and chairs were so comfy, too. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable but was so neat and orderly. We loved all of the small decor pieces that were tastes of history of the area. So nice! The claw tub and bathroom were charming and the extra half bath will be useful with a crowd. AND…the loft/attic was a true crowd pleaser for our son and his friend and for when our Fredonia student came by. How awesome and HUGE!! They had a blast. Fantastic flex space. Porch off kitchen is adorable and well appointed. We cant wait to stay here again!

This is the perfect spot to stay, close to multiple stores. Quiet neighborhood with easy access, would definitely stay here again.

My father and I stayed here for several weeks while my mother was being treated for a serious illness at a nearby hospital. It was a very difficult and uncertain time for our family. We immediately felt at home, relaxed and comfortable when we stepped into the house and apartment. It is spacious but felt very warm and cozy. The house has alot of charm and character with the inside wooden staircase leading upstairs and a beautiful large outside sitting porch. There are many windows and natural light in the apartment. We were able to witness the beautiful blooming of the magnolia flowering tree out our windows. The host was very flexible and accomodating to our fluid situation and responsive when we needed to extend our stay. The property manager Joe was very friendly and helpful. The apartment layout was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the apartment. The bathtub was very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This is definitely a cozy comfortable cottage. The new couch was great, the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, and the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. I am grateful for the lack steps outside and inside. We enjoyed our stay and have this on the list to return.

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

Artisan Village Retreat is exquisite. The home is beautiful and outstandingly decorated. Comfortable and welcoming. The property is located on a small stream and we could tell even in the middle of winter what a wonderful outside living area there was. Our host went out of her way to make us welcome and was very responsive. The home is located in walking distance from downtown Orchard Park but secluded enough that you don't feel like you're in the middle of a neighborhood. If you are coming to Orchard Park and want to stay close to town - this is the place - don't think twice!!!! Thanks Julia for hosting us!

We booked Eduardo’s place to spend time at splash lagoon, this was close to many restaurants, stores, and activities. The home served its purpose to suit us for the weekend:)

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

The pictures don't do it justice. Very cute and cleverly decorated. Little extras in the kitchen and bathroom showed care. Super clean, too. You can tell Maurizio takes pride in providing a classy experience. We'd definitely stay here again.

I greatly appreciated the clothes washer and dryer. Space was as advertised. Also was happy for the a/c.

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.
