Bungalow met groot terras in een rustig park

Wij verwelkomen u graag in Casa 5, een traditioneel Andalusische stijl vakantiewoning, gelegen in een prachtig tropisch bungalowpark met een groot zwembad (hele jaar geopend) en een eigen parking. Het park is gelaagd waardoor u Casa 5 bereikt via trappen. Het heeft een groot overdekt terras. Gunstig gelegen tussen Marbella (20min) en Malaga (30min) vlakbij het strand (1,2 km). Geniet, ook in de winter. Baby's jonger dan 2 jaar dienen gebruik te maken van een babybedje a 35 euro per verblijf.

Beachhouse Casa Luna ligt in een rustige omgeving, dichtbij Marbella/Málaga. In 8-10 minuten loopt u naar het dichtstbijzijnde strand en loopt u langs restaurantjes en winkeltjes. U heeft het huis voor uzelf met 3 verdiepingen. Op de begane grond badkamer, keuken, eetkamer, zitkamer met TV, airco en groot terras. 1e verdieping 2 ruime slaapkamers met airco, terras en zeezicht, badkamer met toilet, bad en douche. Op de 3e verdieping een riant dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Parkeren is gratis.

Lovely 90 sqm bungalow is located on the beachfront. It´s constructed on the famous Torremolinos cliff called "La Roca", located between "La Carihuela" and "El Bajandolillo" beaches, from where the most stunning sea views of the Costa del Sol can be seen. It´s on a green private ground, with direct beach access via a private lift or staircase. The swimming pool has also sea views. It´s only 5 min walking distance from the center of Torremolinos and 10 min away from Malaga Airport

Casa independiente solo 500 m de las mejores playas de Las Chapas/El Rosario es un Bungalow duplex que puede alojar hasta 8 invitados. Arriba consta en el exterior de porche, zona de piscina, zona comedor-barbacoa... En el interior Salon, cocina abierta al comedor, dormitorio principal con su baño, segundo dormitorio y tercer dormitorio compartiendo un baño. Abajo en el sotano con acesso del salon a traves una escalera se encuentra el cuarto dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.

Lovely, quiet house with yr own beautiful garden

It's easy to unwind and relax in this unique and peaceful little villa with own garden. You're just a few minutes' walk from the beach and amenities. The house is beautifully furnished in Andalusian style with all the comforts. Enjoy the beautiful garden and the birds singing. Spend a memorable holiday. The house has two bedrooms and the possibility to accommodate two small children on a pump mattress (at no extra charge).
