Great place to stay if you wanting to be in near Tenjin station. Lots of vintage shops, bars, and restaurants. The place was perfect for our family of 4, and it was nice to use the communal laundry facilities. Sakura was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would recommend staying here!

いつも丁寧な対応と、脚が悪いので低層階の部屋にしてくださいます。 また、お世話になりたいですが、どこも価格が上がってしまい、気軽に泊まれる値段では無くなってしまった。、

it's close to canal city, the location is very nice. the room is clean and tidy. though the mattress was a bit too soft and there was no netflix included in tv. a humidifier can be added too.

체크인 시간에 맞춰 에어컨을 틀어 두셔서, 더운 날씨에도 행복하게 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 침대가 매우 편안하여 잠이 잘 옵니다. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 아늑해서 편안하게 지냈습니다.

프론트분이 살짝 불친절한 감이 있긴 합니다. 하지만 가성비 매우매우 좋습니다. 숙소컨디션이 이 가격이면 말이 안 되는 수준 같긴 합니다. 큰 단점은 앨리베이터가 없어 무거운 짐이 있을 경우 계단으로 직접 들고 가야 하는 문제가 있습니다.

Very clean room, conveniently located in the middle of the city. Baby friendly, with many amenities included for the baby. It was very easy to communicate with the host and their team. We very much enjoyed our stay.

前回とても快適に過ごせたので､今回もこちらに滞在させていただきました。以前のレビューで詳しく書きましたが、天神､博多などで観光を楽しみたい私達にはロケーションがよく、質問などにも短時間で返事を下さるので何も問題はありませんでした。まわりに見てまわるお店や寄ってみたいレストランなどがたくさんあります。地下鉄が近いので今回は日帰りで佐賀県にも行って来ました。次回もまた滞在したいと思います｡

정말 너무 좋았어요!! 친절하게 응대해주시고 설명도 상세하시고 주변에 놀거리 등 추천도 잘해주세요! 일본은 특히 3명이서 호텔 가격이슈로 이 곳을 찾아 묵었는데 절대 후회 없이너무 좋았어요! 모든 중심지랑 도로 10-30분내로 가능하고 모든 물품도 부족함 없이 충분하고 깨끗하게 준비되어 있습니다! 중간쯤 먼저 연락주셔서 필요한 것 등 먼저 질문해주셔서 더욱 챙임받는 기분이라 좋았어요! 약간 층감 소음은 있지만 그래도 이 부분이 있다 해도 다시 찾을만큼 너무 만족스러운 숙소입니다!!! 이곳때문에 후쿠오카를 한 번 더 오고싶어요!

This Ten Hakata Apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to Canal city, Subway stations ~ walkable to many Shops, Malls, Convenience stores and Shrines within a 1 km radius. It feels safe to walk the street at night. Streets are well lit at night. The Apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. Great that they also provide a space to put your baggages for early check-in on the Ground floor without charges. Nice thought. I will recommend this apartment. Cheers

We had a good time at Sakura’s place! It was well furnished and super clean and had everything we needed. Spacious rooms and TWO shower/bath rooms! We found that it is not easy to find nice, clean, big apartment/house that has 2 or more shower rooms so we really appreciated that. Sakura was very responsive and even checked in on us after the first night to ensure we had a good night rest. When I mentioned that pillows were a bit soft, she immediately sent over a few more! Overall we had a good stay and would definitely recommend this listing to our friends!

we are 6 happy people to stay at Sakura Place. We can gathered together and yet have same private space in our beds. Everything is perfect and clean. Sakura and Ken really help us and very responsive. Their home is a must if I visit Fukuoka again.

여러명이 머물기에 좋아요. 대신 계단이 좀 가파르니 조심하세요. 전등이 좀 어둡다는 것 빼고는 잘 이용했습니다. 깨끗했습니다
