You will find everything you need in the fully-fitted kitchen, which is equipped with new stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. However, with so many great restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep, you may find that you prefer to let somebody else do the hard work! Saucisse de Toulouse, (a type of sausage), Cassoulet (a bean and pork stew), and foie gras, a delicacy mainly made in the Midi-Pyrénées are all options! Washer and dryer are in the apartment. This chic apartment is only steps away from Les Allées Jean Jaurès in downtown Toulouse, with many nearby restaurants and cafes. The train and metro stations are a short walk away, while a VélôToulouse station is located at the end of the street. The apartment is located within minutes walking distance from both the train station Toulouse Matabiau and the Jean Jaurès metro station (conveniently the only station for lines A and B). A bus stop for the airport shuttle is also within minutes walk from the apartment.

Composé d'une cuisine équipée donnant sur le salon (canapé-lit), d'une chambre avec salle de bain et de wc séparés. Au 3ème étage sans ascenseur avec un dernier escalier un peu pentu mais une fois arrivé vous serez conquis ! Et si l'appartement n'est pas disponible, réservez "Rose-brique, maison de ville" dans une rue voisine.

Les amoureux de la nature trouveront leur bonheur dans la maison COSMOS de 45 m2 en lisière de forêt. Vous profiterez du calme et de la verdure à 14 kms au N/Est de Toulouse. Le village est idéalement situé entre Labège Innopole et Blagnac. Balade dans le bois à côté. Pour vos sorties culturelles vous êtes à 20 mn de la cité de l'espace et de Aeroscopia. Albi est à 40 mn (Cathédrale classée au patrimoine de l'Unesco) A 1h la cité de Carcassonne, Revel et son marché et le bassin de St Férréol.

Le jour de votre arrivée, ce petit cocon vous accueillera entre 17h et 23h30 (ou même dès 14h selon sa disponibilité). Vous entrerez en autonomie grâce à une procédure que je vous enverrais vers 15h (en pdf par Whats-App ou en photo par SMS). Je resterais évidemment joignable à ce moment-là si vous avez la moindre question ainsi que tout le long du séjour. Le jour de votre départ, vous pourrez quitter le logement jusqu'à 12h30 maximum. Les instructions seront notées sur la porte d'entrée.
