We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

The place was exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful house, spacious, and had all the amenities, and parking too. The owner communicated proactively and gave us all the required info about the check-in and the surroundings. The caretaker was a sweet fellow. He gave us so many local recommendations which were fabulous. Patnem beach is some 5-7 min walking from the house. Overall, it was a great experience staying in this place. I highly recommend this if you come here as a family and want to spend quality time in South Goa.

Noella and Erlick were very helpful during the pre-checkin period. The check-in was comfortable. Babu the caretaker was super helpful and ever smiling. The food was really amazing and it tasted even better with the beautiful sitting area in the balcony outside. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is filled with interesting antique items. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were neat and clean. Best part was the welcome you get from our favourite “Patches” just before you enter the house. Thank you Noella and Erlick for everything. Thanks.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. Tucked away from the bustle of the typical tourist spots, this Airbnb is an oasis of calm, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature. It’s easily one of the most serene and picturesque properties in Goa a place where time seems to slow down. The home itself is beautifully designed, blending Goan charm with modern comfort. Every detail, from the cozy interiors to the open spaces and ambient lighting, contributes to a peaceful, grounding atmosphere. The outdoor area was a personal favorite perfect for morning coffee, yoga, or simply soaking in the tranquility. Our host - Jordan, was incredibly warm and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. That said, we often found ourselves preferring to just stay in and enjoy the stillness.

This is the second time we are staying at Casa Sara and honestly it is a home away from home. The location is peaceful, very beautiful & well maintained. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the caretaker & the owner (Daryl) had kept a handwritten note & some Goan wine & pantry staples for us. Daryl is extremely friendly & hospitable. Staying in this 100 year old Portuguese bunglow is a cherished experience. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. We loved the ambience & the amenities. The place has everything for a comfortable homely long stay such as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, mixer-grinder, water purifier, pots and pans and serve ware. There is a separate dining area & living room with a TV and a computer table. The house has other essential amenities such as washing machine, clothes dry rack and ironing stand. I would highly recommend this place, must visit! Thank you Daryl for being the best host & helping us have memories for life!

My stay at this Airbnb near Varca Beach in South Goa was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the serene and less crowded Varca Beach, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The property itself was beautifully maintained, with spacious, clean rooms and a lovely balcony offering scenic views. It had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and even a private pool. The host was incredibly hospitable, providing helpful local tips and ensuring my comfort throughout. With its perfect blend of tranquility, modern comforts, and close proximity to other lovely beaches, this stay was a true gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing escape in Goa.

Villa is a perfect place to stay for anyone who desires to enjoy the tranquility of South Goa - nothing beats this place. It is classy and clearly sets itself apart from the other places in its vicinity and generally around in Goa. It has a proper pool unlike most villas which offer a namesake pool. It is a bit away from North Goa so if one wishes to party all night at North and come back to the Villa- it may be a bit of a long ride. Helpers at the villa are very accommodative in ensuring all requests are acceded to. Owner was generous in helping us in organising boat rides in Talpona river and was quite reasonable in providing a late checkin.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa – it’s a stunning property with warm and friendly house help. My family had an amazing time, and we were truly impressed by how beautiful the villa is. One suggestion for improvement would be to have an in-house chef, which would make the experience absolutely perfect. That said, there are plenty of nearby dining options, and the house help was very accommodating in arranging food from local restaurants.

Мы прекрасно отдохнули в этом доме в Бенаулиме, фото и описание дома , все было четко как в объявлении, локация очень удачная , рядом с пляжем и на самой центровой улице где все магазины и рестораны, вообщем прекрасное место, чисто , тихо красиво. Дом очень хороший , большие спальни, большая зона первого этажа , мы были компанией из трех семей , места всем хватило , рекомендую !

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

We had an amazing stay at Janice’s Airbnb! She was a wonderful host; warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. One of the highlights was the local recommendations she shared with us. Thanks to her, we discovered some truly beautiful spots and had some of the best meals of our trip. The house itself was lovely, stylishly done up with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. We especially loved how the pool was just outside our door, it added such a fun and relaxing vibe to our stay. Whether we were lounging by the pool or heading out to explore the area, everything felt seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a well-designed, comfortable place with a fantastic host!

This was the second time we were staying in Zen gardens and did not think that the experience could get better than the last time we stayed. Sanjay's villa was very neat and beautifully maintained. All things such as bed linen were thoughtfully managed. Sanjay was very kind to keep some food starter pack ready for us when we checked in late at night. He was very responsive and helped check in late at night as well. Definitely recommend the place to groups of all ages, especially families

the place is great but seemed over priced for 3 days. The house is nice but needs an AC in common areas. the fridge needed to be cleaned. we stayed for 2 nights and the break fast for the second days wasn't enough. the supplies weren't replenished.

Vinod/ Raj’s villa is beautiful and matches the description and photos shared. It’s a beautiful and serene villa inside a gated complex with walking distance to the beach and one can find all amenities right outside the gate from daily essentials to dining places. Both Raj and Vinod are friendly to talk with and Vinod has been super helpful with sorting us out for early check-in as well as renting car out before our arrival. Certainly would consider staying at their villa again in future.
