Second time staying in this lovely little apartment. Walking distance to the beach, lighthouse, ice cream, diner, and more. The host has very clear instructions and was accommodating and responsive. We love this quaint place off season and will return.

We had a great stay! Location was great and was walkable to a coffee shop across the street in the morning, short walk to downtown shops/restaurants and shirt drive to surrounding wineries. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Host was very communicative and great to work with. Would stay at the location again and reccomend the host. Thanks!

I had a perfect stay at this charming studio in Chagrin Falls! The space was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and just as inviting as the town itself. Every detail was carefully considered, making it both comfortable and stylish. The location was ideal—within walking distance to all the charm Chagrin Falls has to offer, from the beautiful waterfall to the quaint shops and restaurants. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was just right. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely book again on my next visit! Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys being in walking distance of everything and anything you want. Very clear instructions were sent out before arrival and the place was spotless. The loft was very spacious and fit everyone comfortably. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great value for the price. We requested an earlier check in (11am) which was approved but upon reaching the destination, had not received the instructions for entry yet. I was able to contact the host and was told once the until was fully cleaned we would gain access which took a few more hours. No worries, we walked around and grabbed a bite to eat. The unit itself was extremely clean and just as described. Really nicely appointed with the basics needed for a good stay. There are several units in the same building so we really weren't quite sure which one we were renting. I am assuming they all have great charm and offer the same cleanliness. One take away, maybe one additional beach chair could be provided as there is only one in the unit currently. All in all a great stay with great location.

We were looking for a peaceful weekend getaway and that is what we got! The place was clean and felt like home. Had a great view of the lake and sunset. Would definitely recommend!

A fantastic stop on our cross country trip. Robert was incredibly helpful and friendly. He even helped back my trailer into the driveway because I was too big of a noob to do it myself. The place was very cozy, the air hockey was a blast, and we felt right at home. Would definitely stop again!

Dry nice place to stay at. Lots of communication that made check in easy. Quit place with great views to watch all the wildlife. Having morning coffee watching the birds and squirrels was relaxing. The place itself had everything you need for your stay. We would not hesitate staying here again if up in the area. There are also lots of things to do including wineries, the lake and plenty of hiking opportunities. This is a little gem on the Grand River.

The place was a great location in that it was a short walk to the center of Middlefield. I grew up there, so it was nice to be able to walk around the town. Rick’s place was clean and had everything I needed (coffee, couch, comfy bed, clean bathroom/shower). For those who have difficulty walking stairs, it’s important to note that you must walk up about 30 steps to get to the apartment. This was not an issue for me, but some might have difficulty with it.

My sister and I stayed here when visiting our mother. We were familiar with the building from growing up here and were pleased with how easy it was to walk into town and get around from. The living space was quite nice and felt bigger than it actually is because it is laid out really well. Had the weather been warmer, we would have enjoyed sitting out on the deck.

Very nice place and great people to deal with. Never had any issues whatsoever and even if I did they responded quickly. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Very nice place to stay

Me and my wife stayed there for 2 days, we had an amazing time!! Very clean, private, and a beautiful sight. They were very responsive and helpful with everything. We will definitely be back!!!
