Apartment with a balcony and a great view! Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.

Welcome to our studio apartment with a stunning sea view! Perfect for solo travelers and couples. Looking to work from home? My studio's internet is fast enough for all the remote workers. The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
