Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

A separate studio in the house with a wonderful placement in the city. It has everything for your convenience: - a private bathroom - a refrigerator and a microwave - a work desk - expensive mattresses - a quiet air conditioner. It's like a small apartment in a building, but without the noisy upstairs and downstairs neighbors. There is also free parking space for one car. There is no TV here, but you can use your devices to watch videos as you will have access to free high speed WiFi.

We have a King-sized bed in a Common Room. This is in a shared common room space. Up to 3 other guests my be booked in this room. The room has limited storage and NO DOOR. This space is best for those with little to no bags. Breakfast is included in your stay. We keep the pantry stocked with eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice, jam, bread, fruit, pancake mix, coffee and tea. Any of these items can be used to make yourself breakfast in the morning.
